My unsatisfaction is around the type of room we ordered and not regarding anything else that was OK. We ordered a two twin beds room for my son and me. I chose this hotel because it's in the Airport and got a 27/7 service. We were supposed to arrive at around 23:00 to the hotel on check-in day, but our flight was delayed, and the terminal changed to number 4. Also, due to luck on public transportation from terminal 4 at this time, we arrived late- after 02:00. We were surprised that the night clerk escorted us to the room, but at the beginning thought she was going the extra mile. When she knocked on the door, it was even more strange. Of course, we have discovered the room wasn't the one we ordered and had only one bed. When we mentioned it, she said they had no other rooms, and in the morning, we could change the room. They did give us the room we ordered the next morning. However, we wondered if they had just sold our room on the first night. We paid quite a high price just to have these amenities since we knew we were arriving in the nighttime, so it was disappointing. Other than this, the hotel was pleasant, and in other circumstances, we would recommend it.
