"Room was clean. Staff was veru accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Hot tub was out of service but swimming pool was open. Pet friendly with a designated area fully stocked with potty bags. Overall stay was great."

"Elevator broke down before we arrived. We had to carry all are bags to the 3rd floor. Front desk offered to help but never came. I am 63 and that was not fun. I ask for a discount but there was no one with authority to help."

"There was a smell in the room, there was banging all night. And lots of fighting I had to stay there because I had a family member across the way at the hospital. Do not recommend at all."

"This is a wonderful place. I don't want to say too many good things because it will become too popular and then too expensive. But, I will anyway. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Comfortable, nice, well maintained. Nice Staff. Friendly. Professional. Appreciative. They appreciate that you stayed. Breakfast isn't anything spectacular, but it does what it's supposed to do. And March is citrus season in the valley. So, there were fresh, juicy, wonderful oranges and mandarins. I have yet to use the pool or hot tub when I visit. But they seem well cared for and there are plenty of people enjoying them. I have stayed 6 or 7 times now... and I like it... A LOT."

"Breakfast was over by 8:35. Asked staff couple of times and the lied about refilling up the items. Only potatoes were served after 8:35. Trash was not clean up and the breakfast area was filled with plates and other trash. There was coffee spilt on the floor in multiple places and no one was bothered. Manager came to work only at 9:00 and seem to not care about how the hotel was being run by the staff."
