"The hot spring swimming pool attached to the hotel is amazing -- beautifully built into the landscape, natural small of eucalyptus, open until 2045. Breakfast is excellent and wifi works well. Without aircon, a room on the second floor gets uncomfortably hot in the summer -- it was 25C at the start of the night, cooling down to 21C in the morning, on a day with high temperature of 23-24C."

"Have stayed several times at this property. Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel. "
