We were upgraded by Sharon to their new Luxe Villa On Blaydon, which was located in Kings Meadows. It was a stunning villa, within very short walking distance to all the local shops. Everything was new, the main bathroom was beautiful, the inside and outside seating areas were great and the beds were super comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more! Sharon was brilliant to communicate with, super friendly and provided local knowledge on where to find the best coffee.We had a very enjoyable stay and would easily return next time we are in Launceston.

The appartment was clean, tidy and had a homely feel. Staff were easily contactable when needed and very friendly. Only downfall was that when you have a tall vehicle you cant park in the provided parking bay under the appartment. But that is okay as there is road side parking.

Absolutely loved it A minor fault I could find was that there was no extra garbage bags A bbq area and table out the back would be great 👍 Over all can’t fault anything else it was great

The property itself is in excellent condition with very good facilities. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find the pots and pans in our unit were in very poor condition and could not be used as the non stick coating were severely scratched. A shame!

The check in process was seamless and so easy. The property has been very well refurbished and finished. It was very clean and comfortable for us. I did replenish the coat hangers as there were only 2 in the whole place but that was easily and affordable fixed. I did leave them there on purpose. The chairs around the outside table downstairs mysteriously disappeared on the second day there so that was a bit odd - I do hope they weren't stolen. All in all we really enjoyed out stay here and would certainly not hesitate in staying there again. Thank you all.

We feel lucky to have found these apartments that are newly renovated, they are 2 bedroom apartments but you have the option to pay a lower price to book and stay in them as a one bedroom (the second bedroom will be locked) if you choose which is generous of the owners as it makes it great value then for a couple or if booking it as a 2 bedroom it`s still great value for a family. The main bedroom with the king size bed had a 2nd tv, the toilet is separate from the bathroom which is always handy so no one needs to wait for the bathroom, as we feel the cold when visiting Tasmania we really appreciated the heat lamps in the bathroom. A washing machine is included in the extremely spacious kitchen. You also have the use of an off street, undercover car parking space which also houses the washing line undercover. The apartments are in a residential street so it is very peaceful. Youngtown is only a short drive from the airport and a short drive into Launceston CBD, there are many shops in Kings Meadows which is only a couple of minutes drive away. We found contact with the owners/managers who are offsite was easy as the apartments are self contained you let yourself in with the provided pin code. We are so impressed we already booked our second stay.

The apartment was lovely and new, good quality appliances, great bedding, Location was quiet, and not far from restaurant, shops etc. Access was very good , straight in off the street if required, car parking underneath in garage, with easy access to internal stairs to apartment. Communication from management was good, with plain instructions for entry etc. Great kitchen and bathroom, with separate toilet. I would definitely stay again.
