Check in was at a different building and the accommodation was a little difficult to find. Don’t take much luggage as it is a steep walk and space in the room was limited. The room was adequate, but small. But the reason to stay is that it is on Mont St Michel. You can enjoy the location after the tourists leave and again before they arrive.

L’hôtel est très bien situé car il est tout en bas du mont St-Michel. Donc, facile d’y accéder lorsqu’on a des valises. Les restaurants sont très près de l’hôtel. La chambre est très grande et propre.

Staying on Mont Michel is the best alternative to experience the Mont St Michel Monastery. The Poulard hotel while not inexpensive is worth the price to have early and late day access with no crowds.
