Disappointing :(
I booked this hotel for 5 days. It was terribly cold both in the room and in the whole hotel. The administration was not planning to switch on any heating. The wifi connection was very poor, so you can say that there was no internet at all. Eventually, it was not possible to stay in this hotel and just booked another place for my last 2 nights.

Staff are fine and the room is small but clean and tidy. Location wise is not really good. We just stay one night during driving from London to Grenoble. It is ok for such purpose. But not really ideal for any sort of tourist purpose.

Das Hotel an sich war gut, jedoch gab es ein paar Erhebliche Mängel. Als ich am Abend ankam um einzuchecken, wartete bereits eine andere Familie seit 30 min am Empfang. Es war keiner da. Nachdem wir alles versucht haben und mehrmals lautstark nach Personal gerufen haben ist erst nach 1 Stunde ein Mann aus dem Hinterzimmer gekommen. Völlig verschlafen und neben der Spur. Demnach hat das einchecken natürlich auch extrem lange gedauert. Nach einem langen anstrengenden Tag mussten beide Familien auch noch gegen Mitternacht in der Lobby eine lange Zeit verweilen. Außerdem musste ich vor Ort nochmal Steuern bezahlen ? Davon wurde mir auf Expedia nichts gesagt. Die Steuern waren sogar auf meiner Rechnung miteinbegriffen. Ich hab das Geld dann nach einer kurzen Diskussion trotzdem gezahlt, weil ich einfach nur müde war und ins Bett wollte. Angekommen im Zimmer war die Klima Anlage so dermaßen schwach, obwohl ich sie auf die höchste Stufe gedreht hatte. Ergebnis : mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen und sind erfroren. Das man nachträglich was vor Ort zahlen muss ist eine absolute Frechheit !
