Room was gorgeous and very large and spacious. Had mini bar and safe was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Restaurant and breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Close to shopping and meals ke to lots of markets cafes restaurants and sites like Uffizi gallery Pont vecheccio bridge walkable to Santa Croce. Great location and very close to train station but would not know that .

The staff was helpful and kind, they offered to store our luggage until check in and then when it was check in time, they already had put the luggage in our room. The breakfast was very well stocked and tasty. The staff made recommendations of food places to eat at. They were very kind and attentive and the whole experience was enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in quieter area away from crowds but still just a few blocks from most major attractions. My only disappointment is we booked two identical rooms (Deluxe Double or Twin Room, River View) and one was a big bright corner room on the top floor while the other was small and dark and directly above lobby bar and music was loud. Aside from that everything was wonderful.

Smell of sewage from the bathrooms, WiFi non existent. They should at least leave some things to keep the property clean, no bin liners, sponge or washing up liquid, literally nothing - I wasn’t going to buy every household cleaning product for a short stay. It is a shame because that explains why ...
