"I was this time,in a "3××" bedroom. The charging point would not accept my charging cable. Other hotels have exchanged their bedside lamps for ones with charging points. The room felt "tired,". Reception staff were as alert and gsve me the ' standard corporate welcome'. The bar was fairly quiet but it still took 10 mins for my drink to arrive. Breakfast was " hello nice to see you,you know the routine"."

"Full english or continental for breakfast. Really nice and clean rooms and a great setup in the main areas (bar and eatery). And the staff were lovely and friendly. Would suggest you tell newbies they need to tap their room key in the lift, did make me chuckle when I tapped the button to call the lift and the door opened because i couple inside it didn't know how to use it."

"Nice friendly helpful staff. Lovely room with comfortable bed, aircon and modern bathroom. Large, fluffy towels. Complimentary bottles of water which was appreciated. Lovely spa. Breakfast was fine but grilled tomatoes would have been nice and rolls in addition to sliced bread. Overall, an excellent hotel and would definitely return."
