"Staff were nice and courteous and breakfast was delicious. The deluxe room I booked was dark with a wall for a view. The door wouldn't open with the key card so we got transferred to a regular room. The A/C for the family room I booked for my in-laws wasn't working and they too got transferred to another room. The beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. The water was turned off for a good half an hour with no notice whatsoever and was disappointing. Luckily I was done taking a bath and was brushing my teeth when this happened. Better communication from the staff is highly recommended. "
