"Very clean room and kind staff! It’s was very noisy though. There were a lot of kids there and adults trying to keep them organized, so we had a hard time falling asleep and had to wake up early."

"This looked nothing like the pictures online .. if you’re traveling with family STAY AWAY from this place.. you’ll thank me later.. we originally paid for 2 nights with no insurance. Ended up leaving after the first night and moving to a different hotel because of how bad it was."

"-Sink Clogged upon check-in -Room smelled of body oder and mold upon check in. -Hotel receptionist refused to answer the room phone upon check in. -Missing iron in room upon check in -Strobing red and green light from inside the airconditioning unit strobed brightly in the room throughout the night. Like sleeping in a crime scene. -No room service upon second night stay -Manager stated that I needed to request room service. This has never been Fairfield's policy. -Bathroom and living area trash cans not emptied -Plumber left dirty black foot prints on bathroom floor when servicing the clogged sink. -Numerous shards of plastic on bathroom countertop and floor after plumber serviced the clogged sink."
