As they say you pay for what you get. But was not expecting it to be as bad as it was leaking floor water everywhere and moulded ceiling and Aircon not working I contacted their Admin Office, and they did change me to another room. On a Positive note, staff where accommodating was close to all the shops Beach and Restaurants in Legian.

The room I stayed in was quite outdated. Paint peeling off the walls no hot water for 1 day. The wifi wasn’t working most of the time and tv didn’t work.

Our room was very clean, smaller than we expected but that’s neither here nor there. Shower pressure was pretty good for the area which is vital for us gals with thick hair! the room was equipped with a fabulous air conditioner a mini bar fridge that was quite small but did the job and the beds very very comfy! the bathroom did not have hand soap, you could use the shower soap attached to the wall but luckily i had an alternative that we used instead. there was no safe in the room, all safes were down at reception. the pools were very big and very nice, just a little too warm for my liking but each to their own. there were enough lounges for everyone at any given time, despite being a large hotel and only having approx 10-12 lounges by the pool, there always seemed to be enough. there were swim up bars at both pools but neither were open. breakfast was yummy, standard but yummy. staff were very nice and helpful and the on site spa was absolutely out of this world phenomenal!

The staff are so friendly, always smiling, and can’t do enough for you. The staff or really amazing 🙏 I have stayed there many times and I will always return. For the cost of the week at this hotel, it’s one amazing bargain, I highly recommend it

Very disappointed as I have stayed here many times. It was very noisy breakfast was cold. Don’t put water in room anymore. Very sad as it has gone downhill. Will never stay again. I moved out 2 weeks early and they would not do a refund

We left after the few day do your self a fav don't stay here worst hotel in Bali don't waste your money old dirty and staff doesn't talk hated this place room was disgusting and tiles broken and danger around pool shower a joke

Hotel was in good location close to beach and shops but that’s about it. I stayed on the bottom floor near the back pool. The first night of staying here my room backed on to the water compressor that went all night long and way hard to get any kind of sleep. The following morning I asked to be moved to different room so they did. The second night my aircon stopped working during the night at around 2pm so I called reception and the best they could do was move me to a different room the next day. The following morning I checked out of hotel and moved to a better hotel down the road. All in all I no it’s a 3star but was very disappointed with everything overall.

Food rationing, one piece of bacon or one mini sausage, or one button mushroom cut in half. When asked for more, "sorry can't " ran out of hot food for breakfast one day. Ran out of rice on Nyepi day. Pool spa not working for 3 weeks. Room not cleaned properly. Staff seem afraid of management, and would not pass on complaints.

The staff were very friendly cheerful and helpful. The staff here actually made our holiday so much more enjoyable. The room we were first booked into for the first 6 nights (on the second floor) was not in a very good condition and needed some TLC. However our "usual" room became available (#9113) for the last 14 nights of our stay and it was very well appointed and comfortable.
