Overall great

We had a great stay at Harta. They owners really went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The room was very clean, and breakfast was also good. Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach.

Very nice hotel, it only take 5mins walk to mushroom bay. Hotel don’t have restaurant and you have to go to mushroom bay. The boss of the hotel is very helpful. I will stay there for next time.

Very basic

I am slightly mystified how this hotel has such good reviews. The huts are very basic, no hot water and the bathroom is very dated. The air con barely works and we had to ask for toilet paper, none was provided. We looked at the food preparation area on the first day and decided to give breakfast a miss. It was covered in flies and I would imagine the likelihood of getting food poisoning would be very high. On the plus side, the location is good, only a few minutes walk from mushroom beach which had a great restaurant (Mola Mola I think it was called) with fresh banana and granola bowls. Next door to the restaurant there is a good small surf and snorkel tour shop too.

Loved staying here, will stay here again next time, was a bargain for the price, two minute walk to mushroom beach. Hired a scooter through here and went exploring which was great fun, (if helmets were supplied it would have been better, but I don't think many places hired helmets anyway), found out towards the end of our stay that if we book tours and transfers through the hotel it was a lot cheaper so will definitely do that again next time. Rooms were clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Thanks again see you next year
