"The staff were lovely, helpful and very accommodating for all our needs. The place was tended to twice a day, the fridge stocked which was also very handy and cheap. The only downfall was there was no conditioner and the tv was only downstairs so we brought it up to the room for our stay. It was a gorgeous spot with the most amazing view to wake up to. Det eneste minus, hvis man kan kalde det det, er at der var et badekar, men der var kun varmt vand til 10 cm ☺️ Og så var det også lidt underligt, at rengøringen kom 45 min før vi tjekkede ud, selvom vi allerede tjekkede ud 9:45. "From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
