We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

All the staff were so helpful, especially Oki who looked for a spare caron box for my rattan bags :) If i were to come back to Bali again, i will stay here at Nau and never go out anymore until I have to come back home.

The ultimate Canggu luxury escape, this hotel combines spotless, high-end accommodations with remarkably friendly and attentive staff. Immaculate design and top-tier service easily make it the finest stay in the area. The rooms are clean and spotless The staff is friendly and attentive Outdoor pools are gorgeous the water can be a little cold at times tho Breakfast is delicious is actually a brunch the staff at the restaurant are so nice and attentive they will make sure everything goes smoothly and all you have to do is enjoy your meal another plus is that they offer free shuttle rides in the canggu area (only) I highly recommend this resort and spa.
