My wife and I had the most incredible experience of a lifetime here. We are both convinced that we'll probably not have the opportunity to have the experience again as it cannot be recreated. From beginning to end, the staff and stay was amazing, always helpful and kind. The rooms/property are absolutely gorgeous. The service was beyond A+ The review is good, but doesn't do any justice. Puri Sebali is truly paradise! The staff here are friendly and most accommodating. I arrived a day early and they went out their way to provide me a room at 1:00am. The rooms are clean and just beautiful! I have stayed in 3 of their rooms to include the villa and you will not be disappointed with either! I most definitely will return when I visit Bali again!

When we arrived the bathroom smelt and the pool was dirty, after a day or so the smell in the room went. I believe if they flushed the drains in the bath room the day before we came this would have been alright, the pool was dirty, mossed and murky. They did not clean the pool until our last day, the hot water was not working but after we let them know it seemed to be fixed. The staff were awesome.
