"Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary."

"Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Highly recommended "

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "

"The reception desk was very attentive. I was very early to check in and without asking them they were able to find another room so I didn’t need to wait until the normal check in time. The room attendant hand wrote me a note to wish me Merry Christmas. All the staff were very nice and friendly. "
