"The hotel is beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean. Views from the room are great looking right at the bay and Mt Agung. Food is very good also especially the satay. The tough part about the hotel is the road to get there along with many of the roads in Penida. There is dirt path to walk into town and it only takes 4-5 minutes."

The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty.
