Lovely clean hotel, great location, 2 minute walk from beach. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel if staying on Lembongan!

Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island.

Where do i start was there 4hrs settled then they wanted us to move. We ended up moving to the room next door 3 days later still do not fully understand why same room as was moved out of the a/c wasnt working property the bathroom smelt like sewage. They did manage to remedy both problems. The staff were nice and helpful but definitely there was a language barrier. Last 2 days it rained and the bathroom flooded due to roof leaking. We wouldn't stay here again.
