"Very , very nice hotel it’s my new go to stay now. I love it."

"This was the first time I stayed at the Menger . It was very comfortable and right in the heart of the Alamo Plaza. The Alamo was a short walk across the street, shopping and fine dining all within a few minutes walk. The valet parking is a little expensive for me, but very convenient. They have a nice restaurant and bar downstairs, room service for the early morning breakfast in bed, and the first floor is like a little time capsule of this historic hotel. I'll come back in a future visit and stay a little longer "

"Gorgeous property - exceptionally clean inside and out. Amazing staff and service. Probably the best location along the Riverwalk. It's an older building, so you can hear some noise from other guests, but not bad overall. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in San Antonio. "

"There were multiple venues going on at the same time which made for hectic and entertaining times at the hotel A Pokémon branch of comicon was surreal until I found out what was going on. Previous stays were more sedate as one would expect in primarily business oriented hotel. It is convenient to just about any place you want to see but getting onto I 10 requires a learning curve if you drive. Parking fee with no valet service was a disappointment. "
