"The communication was very good once we were at the accommodation. The rooms were efficient and very much met our needs. The room was as presented on the website. Great stay with the family
"Last minute booking for a ski holiday in St Gervais. 25 minute drive to the ski gondola from the hotel. Hotel staff absolutely fantastic. Lobby area lovely with the heat off the big fire, games for the kids and the smell of Vin Chaud and fresh pancakes wafting!! Rooms are an adequate size for a family of four with a fantastic view of the mountains. Plenty of fresh towels for everyone. Restaurant food very traditional and cheesy!! Delicious and very reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this wee gem of a hotel. Dont know why its only a two star."
