"I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc...

"What an amazing find this hotel was. Absolutely immaculate, extremely helpful staff, quiet, and a totally relaxing atmosphere. I've given this hotel top marks for everything as I simply couldn't fault it. Oh, and pay 9 euros for the breakfast and don't get ripped off on the seafront. "

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."
