"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

"Stunning location and amenities. We got lucky with room 50b and we really appreciated it. There are no other shops/restaurants within walking distance. We ate the evening meal on the terrace. Had the Chateaubiand ordered medium and 90% of it was raw. Still, the dogs enjoyed it back in the room. There is a smell of sewage from the open drains near the beaches, but this is europe and is the norm. Sealed covers woupd help prevent this. I would return again out of high season as it is a stunning location, but bring my own supplies for dinner on the veranda. "

"Excellent location ! Spacious , comfortable room , great balcony and view . All staff really friendly and helpful . The spa treatments were good value and very relaxing , pool , sauna and surrounding area were perfect , we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend . "
