"I don't ever leave reviews for hotels, unless they are bad experiences, but this one was such a refreshing experience I had to leave a glowing review. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, rooms are very roomy, with modern redesign and lots of thought put into it all, comfy beds, heated bathroom floors, great services and events in the lobby bar. Even an amazing Turkish restaurant underneath it (not very easy to find at first). Easy access to train station as well (5 minute walk), next to all sorts of venues, restaurants, nightlife, stores, etc. All in all an amazing experience. Highly recommend it. "

"Cosy and warm hotel lobby with great coffee shop. Amazing location right next to the East Side Gallery and opposite a major train station (Ostbahnhof). Really easy to check in and out with app on your phone and unlock your room with this app also. My only criticism is the pillows were like giant, mainly unformed bags of cotton wool. "
