"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table.
