The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Very central hotel with parking only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Friendly and helpful stay, lobby and breakfast room very nice, good quality breakfast. We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "

"The room was spartan, not up to ibis rooms elsewhere, the bathroom not properly cleaned and a toilet in a ridiculous position. It maybe old but the bathroom needed to be a lot cleaner, not a memorable stay "
