"The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐"

"First time in Pasto. Service was impeccable, the owner and his staff friendly and helpful. Place itself charming and clean. Breakfast fabulous. location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected) Highly recommend! "

"Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías. El desayuno es fresco y preparado al momento. La comunicación rápida y la amabilidad del personal marcaron la diferencia. Muy recomendable. "

"We booked the hotel for $40 but when we got there and they noticed we had three people instead of two they change the price to $70 but they didn't give us a better room it was the smallest room they had and they said it was so that we could eat breakfast but I told them we weren't going to eat breakfast and they still charged us $70 there was another room right across from ours with the door open that was twice as big and no one stayed in it, if they would have given us this room I could have Justified the extra money but they didn't. the other biggest complaint I had was Zero hot water and they said sorry the hot water heater wasn't working but wouldn't give us any kind of a discount. The two gals working at the desk were extremely nice but whoever they talk to on the phone was terrible"
