"We only stayed one night as we were catching a train to Lagos the next day. Front desk was super nice and had one of the bell boys cart all our luggage to the Orient Train Station Platform and help load on the train. Since we were going to spend nearly 2 1/2 months in Lagos we’d quite a bit of luggage. Also the hotel itself is lovely with pool, sauna and steam room and good breakfast. Only 8 miles from the airport and the train station arround the corner made it perfect destination for us."

"40 minute commuter train ride to Lisbon. Great option if you want to stay in a quieter place than Lisbon. Hotel is in an old citadel. Short walk to Cascais and dining."

"This resort is lovely -clean, good service, great spa services. It's far from everything, so definitely a more remote getaway/retreat. The beds were not very comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean."

"Friendly staff, quiet area, adjacent to golf course. Recent renumbering of the course meant that tee #1 was no longer adjacent to he hotel. The driving range was a short walk but the clubhouse and first tee were better accessed by car if carrying clubs."
