"Everything was great"

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of the town. Staff were extremely helpful, by providing us with a map and recommendations on restaurant s. Enjoyed a wine tasting evening . Room was comfortable and excellent breakfast. Lovely old building with all the period features. Thank you for such a lovely stay."

"Great location"

"No help, no answer for the requests, no WiFi, no staff."

"I arrived after hours and did nor realize they did not have a way to enter after hours. luckily someone was there to help. apparently there was a problem there with the room, so we had to go to another place, luckily we had a car. once there it was smooth, the room did not have windows or air conditioning, it was stifling hot, there were two fans to help. shared bathroom was clean and small, had to ask for towels. there was a small 'kitchen' space to use if needed."
