The staff were all top notch. Friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a good value with lots of choices and flavours. If you are looking for a party location then you are in luck. The hotel actually sits on Pink Street. So there is lots of late night partying. This can be done high for families but we did not hear too much from our room. The room was tiny. The family rooms are very small by North American standards. You can’t even open your luggage anywhere but on the bed. The bathroom had glass walls so no privacy at all. We all used the bathrooms by the front desk for most of the week. There was a strong odour in our room that we were not able to get rid of. This is a very old building with some recent updates. Right in the heart of old town. Time out Market is a 2 minute walk and worth it. Good stay.

The room was disgusting, the backboard was rotting wood and rust wood, the bed and sheets were not clean. Overall horrible experience do not know how it got 3 stars.

The location is ideal for newcomers to Lisbon. The staff were super friendly and offered great recommendations. The optional breakfast exceeded expectations! (We recommend it) The room was clean and lovely. If we were to change anything it would be to have a place for luggage/belongings & perhaps a wall between the bathroom area and the bed. Also note, there is no elevator.

The hotel is well located, right on Pink Street. The staff is helpful and breakfast is great. The room was not properly clean on arrival but the staff apologised and ensured it was clean afterwards.

The Pink Street area was overall a little dirty for our family. We found it to be the dirtiest and smelliest part of the city despite daily power washing. We enjoyed the staff and breakfast at the hotel and they addressed the issues we had with our room in a timely manner.

The rooms are beautifully maintain and very clean . You don’t need to ask them to clean it. It’s a noisy place coz it’s in the heart of pink street so busy at night. Accessible to all part of tourist attraction. Be sure to ride Uber the best way to do when u get tired it’s a bit cheaper.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone that worth’s their money and Service because the staff has No customer Service! They don’t smile, not friendly, not welcoming and not accomodating unless you specifically ask! And also the location is terrible because its too noise and loud from the bars downstairs and nearby! Just FYI, there’s no elevator, step stairs to go up and also a slide r was cracking in the bedsheet.

Beautiful but needs a little TLC
Beautiful hotel, very unique building. Location is great. However the showerhead in our room was hanging off the wall AND the room above us would leak into our shower and toilet area when they showered. The coffee and water in our room was also never replenished

Some pros and cons: lovely decor, amazing and cheerful staff, great beds and pillows, centrally located. Cons: area outside is dirty and noisy bc it’s a nightclub/bar scene. No elevator or door on the toilet.

Excellent hotel for young people, location is great walking distance to a lot of attractions. It’s on Pink Street where all bars and restaurants are so walk out and start partying. Very unique. I recommend it for younger people, no elevator and busy Street ( no cars , people busy ) .

Pros: great location for night life (pink street) Cons: no elevator (which is ok but should be stated somewhere) and BEWARE ridiculously tiny bathoom, I'm 5'6 (168cm) and I couldn't close the toilet door, I had to leave my knees outside, also the shower leaked water to the bathroom section

Staff were amazing. Paula was super sweet lady, the room was cozy and ok. The sheets were ok. Not sure if it was washed. The wired smell in the room bothered us. The location was the best. We walked everywhere. Recommended if you don’t have too many luggage, no elevator and deep staircase.

The hotel is very cute and clean. Great location for anyone wanting to stay up until 4am! Partying can be heard all night which made it difficult to sleep after traveling. Our room was on the 5th floor... 92 stairs up from the ground floor to be exact! Definitely got our exercise! Walls are thin so if other guests have their TV on or are talking loudly it can be heard. Breakfast was okay. Lots of variety. We liked the boutique feel of the hotel but would hesitate returning because of the outside noise.

262 Boutique is a Gem
262 Boutique is a very quirky, fun hotel that is in a extremely convenient area. The establishment is located on "Pink Street" (Important to tell taxi driver) which is vibrant with lots of younger people (especially at night) and a abundance of good restaurants. The management of the hotel are accommodating and friendly. I recommend getting the offered breakfast as it is always fresh made with good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. The rooms are European in style by very modern and comfortable beds. some have complained as this is a walk up property but if you are in decent shape, you exercise routine is covered... LOL.

Excellent stay!
Brilliant stay. The location is fantastic and the room was very well equipped with everything you'd need. The only downside was that the noise from the local clubs did bleed into my room. However this never woke me up. Next time I visit Lisbon I'll be staying here!

The amenities were great. We had everything you would need in a kitchen and the bathroom conditioner and soap were amazing. The disappointment was the area. This hotel is not family friendly. There are bars everywhere, cool, but not when traveling with children. They also promised two king size beds, we got a queen and full instead.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our visit. The staff was friendly and check in and check out were efficient. Room was up two floors. We did not see an elevator so that may be a problem for some. A boutique hotel in an old warehouse or factory building. Left some of the original walls and the ceiling in our room was very high. Bathroom arrangement was a little different, but all functioned well. Bed was very good. Breakfast was available, but we did not try. Plenty of space in the room, however the walls were a little thin. Only issue might be that you are at the end of the party street (Pink Street) and music is played until early in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, it might bother you. Also, if you are up in the morning prior to the street being cleaned, the street is very messy and dirty (although that is no fault of the hotel). We enjoyed our stay at the 262 very much!
