函館駅から近くて便利でした。 必要最低限のものは備えられていて、特に問題ありませんでしたが、シングルルームはとても狭いので2-3泊用スーツケースを開くのにも苦労しました。

禁煙室で予約したが喫煙室を準備されていた。 急遽禁煙室に変更してもらったが、3階の端 っこの部屋でしかも窓のカーテンを開けると外壁工事用の足場と飛散防止ネット。最悪だった！ 部屋変更のときもスタッフの対応はこちらが間違って予約したから、再手続きしてやっている感満載で感じの良いものではなかった！ 部屋が寒い！室温が22℃であったため温泉であったまっても直ぐに冷えてしまうが、個々に暖房運転ができないため我慢するしかなかった。 暖房運転は設定温度が20℃のためなのかエアコンは冷房運転しかできなかった。

駅からとても近く電車利用の場合にはとても助かります。市電乗り場、バス乗り場に近いのでどこに行くにも便利です。大浴場はとても広く気持ちいいです。朝食は並だと思います。お盆時期に宿泊しましたが宿泊者数に対してエレベーターの数が足りていないです。エレベーター待ちがストレスになります。今回シングルルームへの宿泊でしたが部屋はとても狭いです。スーツケースを広げるのも一苦労でした。

Convenient and cost effective

Very close to the train station. Easy to get to from the train station with great facilities and views from the spa. Nice amenities, although pyjama were a bit too small for me. Onsen had sauna too, and great views of the city of not too steamed up. Breakfast was ok too.
