"Nuestra experiencia en el Tivoli fue excelente de principio a fin. El área de parqueo fue muy cómoda y práctica, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y con muy buena variedad — definitivamente valió los 12-15 euros. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención: todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional en cada momento. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Sin duda le damos 5 estrellas y volveríamos encantados. ¡Altamente recomendado"
"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. Thank u to all .

"The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu.
The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations.
It is not close to city centre."
"I had to catch my 5am flight, only stayed very short period of time. The room was clean and comfortable. Had continental breakfast at 2:30am which was great that they providing that! The staffs were very friendly and helpful, even helped me with my personal favor that another hotel didn’t want to help, to drop off a prepaid package at postal office during their business hours. I’m very grateful for the help! Best of all, it’s only 5 mins walk across the street to terminal one! "
