Excellent reception service. Favio helped us check in to the hotel. He also took care of our transfer from the hotel to the train station. Breakfast was delicious.

Conveniently located next to the metro, buses, and shopping area. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice outdoor area right in front of the room. to relax on the patio after a busy day. Room is adequate for 2 people with comfy beds and good lighting.

The website of the rooms is misleading, the rooms has mould in the bathroom. We asked to change room and the second room had also mould. The ladies who works in front they don’t say hi and their not helpful. If you have young kids I would not recommend this hotel. The sheets on the bed were not changed everyday . The cleaning lady would only make up the bed. The location is excellent, is near two metro station 5mins walking distance. Lots of tourist in the area. There’s a lot of restaurants.

Great location but NOISY! Stayed for 5 nights a few days ago. Pretty basic hotel, small room with no counter space in bathroom. Location can’t be beat. Few minutes away from Restaurodores and Rossio squares. Lots of restaurants and shopping a few steps away. However that is a double edged sword. We were at the second floor, towards the front, and even with the shutters and glass windows closed, we can still hear people in the restaurants across the narrow alley in front, dishes and silverware clinking up to way past midnight. After it gets bearable in the early morning, here comes a garbage truck! On a few nights there was even a street singer, ugh! We also couldn’t adjust the AC/heater for the first 4 nights and it was stuffy so we ended having to crack open the windows, even with the noises, which I could still hear even with earplugs. We told the front desk and the guy said the thermostat is centrally controlled so we can’t do anything about it. Thankfully on our last night they disabled the central controls and we were able to adjust the thermostat and keep the windows closed. I don’t mind basic hotels but lesson learned here, ask for a room at the back!

Great location for everything. Busses, metro and trains all within a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of eating choices on the doorstep. I was delighted with my choice and would happlily recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and functional a bit on the small side, but you dont go to Lisbon for the room. Breakfast was continental with a great choice. We stayed 3 nights in March.

Excellent location and service by staff
The location is excellent. Restaurants are within walking distance and the busses/metro is nearby. Hotel was nice and clean and we could drop off our luggage before check in that is always a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always wanted to assist and make sure we're happy. The buffett breakfast was delicious with a nice spread. Will defintely stay their again.

The location of this property is outstanding as we were within walking distance of transportation, shopping, food and our favourite was Rossio Square, we went there every night for a night cap. Very clean room and staff was great to work with especially Beatrice. Our flight was changed and we had to stay an extra night and they were very accomodating which took away some of the stress. Thanks for a great stay.

Decent hotel, very small rooms, had to book a bigger room just to be in a normal size room. Breakfast is served at 7 but it is never ready at 7 as the buffet only starts to get prepared at that time. If you are tight on your schedule, arrange your morning routines taking into account the delay in the breakfast serving. Otherwise a good place to stay, in the heart of Lisbon that compensates for all the shortcomings that you might face.

The only thing this hotel offers is convenient location! The check-in/out process was horrible and took around 35 mins to check-in and 15 mins to check-out without the staff acknowledging you at all! The hotel is old and in poor conditions. Our room had worn-out carpet that had stains; the bathroom was super tiny with scratches on the toilet seat and black mold on the shower tiles. We also discovered a big red stain on our duvet after sleeping under it for a night. Overall, with the price we paid for this hotel, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all!

We stayed here for just 2 nights and even though the rooms are small, I am glad we stayed here due to the prime location. This is right at the center with multiple restaurants/shops to visit. The room/bathroom were clean. We did not have a minibar to get water however, there was a vending machine on the hallway to buy which was a good alternative.

Great location, and friendly staff, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the shower switched from very hot to cold water on its own (I jumped a couple of times); other than that... this hotel is highly recommended.

Terrific location, an oasis of peace, perfect.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Terrific location, although it's on a busy street it was absolutely silent in the room. Terrific breakfast, comfy bed, a perfect place for a long weekend. The only thing that might scare American guests with massive luggage is that the rooms are quite small (very useful in European cities, deal with it!). I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, hotel with modern interiors.
Loved my room #601 with a beautiful view from the window, with modern interiors and well designed. Jesus and Kati from reception staff was very welcoming. Buffet breakfast was of high quality.
