The lobby is nice, but room is in average. House keeping need improvement, they did not replace the empty tissue or toilet paper. The light bulb was burn out. The light sensor is far fm elevator, need to walk in the dark.

We are sorry to know that the housekeeping department did not replace the tissues and the toilet paper in your room. The standard practice it's to replace the items when the room is cleaned or upon the customer's request, to honor our sustainability responsibility. Nevertheless, we will communicate this feedback to the relevant department to ensure that similar situations do not occur again, upon the customer's request. Concerning the fused light bulb, in the future, we suggest that you inform our reception during your stay so that we can assist you as promptly as possible. To finalize, regarding the light sensor in the hotel hallway, we confirmed that you were accommodated on the 1st floor, and we will take your feedback into consideration for further adjustment. First room allocated had an odd shelf floor next to the bed, but the staff were very accommodating and found us another room. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Loved this hotel especially the breakfast and staff service at this hotel. They helped me with info to attractions/trams, printing train passes and other things. Everyone here is professional and friendly. Only thing that i didnt like was the shower did leak water to the floor mat but we just learned quickly not to spray water near the door so all was good. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you Inspira for a lovely stay in lisbon.

There was significant construction happening right outside the hotel. Made it a bit hard to find on our first day, but wasn't an issue after we knew where the hotel was.

At first I thought it was going to be loud but it wasn’t. Great shower and great air conditioning. Free parking helped a lot. Definitely would stay again.

Shower-no privacy, great location,bad pillows.
Great location and team very efficient and welcoming. Issues that were mentioned in other reviews: 1. shower design is poor: no privacy, you are in a glass box essentially on the room-humidity is high. Better be very comfortable with your mate there. 2.The pillows are really bad! Had to use my down jacket for a pillow, seriously. 3.The light in the bathroom is bad 4. It is very loud with windows open even on a high floor. Positives: Location is great and was very clean with great daily cleaning service, nice linens, good water pressure and temperature. Ok if you are in a bind as I was.

Super hotel. Great location. Very clean. Very good food. Staff were brilliant. Has parking on site. Only problem was the bed - it was a very hard bed. Personal choice but would have preferred a more comfy bed. Only stayed 1 night so wasn’t as big an issue but if staying for a few days then might have been an issue. Super otherwise. Well done.

The hotel was in a central location for visiting sites. There were a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel was in great shape and the lobby was expansive and had lots of sitting areas.

It’s a wonderful hotel — the staff are lovely — helpful friendly warm Then there’s the in-house spa. It is great for the weary traveler. A hot steam room, whirlpool and sauna. One evening, my last, I simply stayed “home” and enjoyed all three. And the restaurant is top notch. There’s location. It’s very convenient to the center of town — cafes, the port An easy walk And there are several local eateries that serve authentic Portuguese fare I stayed at the hotel twice and can honestly say, no complaints!

The hotel was fabulous and the breakfast was out of this world! The location was perfect for using buses or the metro. A day trip to Sintra out of the main train station was just a 15 minute walk down towards the river.

The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Rita particularly is a wonderful person very helpful with her insight and recommendations in where is a must to visit and also an inspiration. The hotel is in walking distance to local to amenities e.g shops (designer, souvenire), bars, restaurants and local transport, trains, trams tuk tuks etc. I would recommend and also return to this hotel.
