Our stay was great! The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was incredible! It was a one minute walk to the metro station.

We stayed at 2 separate occasions during our 10 day trip to Portugal. Very friendly staff, rooms are not available before 2:30, lobby and other areas are clean. The first room we stayed in was well appointed and clean. The second time around we stayed in a room on a higher floor unfortunately the carpet was extremely dirty. The hotel is close to restaurants and coffee shops located on ave. Duque de Avila). Hotel parking is a bit challenging. All in all it suited our needs and recommend it.

The property is situated in the prefect location, very clean, safe and walkable. Staff at the property is beyond excellent - friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I would gladly recommend the hotel as one of the best places to stay in Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our stay, hotel is excellent. Only thing lacking is tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Great transport links, nice, helpful staff.

Nice hotel, my room was large, quiet and always very clean. There was a wide range of food for breakfast every morning and the location is good with a metro station at the bottom of the road. You will need to use the metro regularly though as the main tourist areas of Lisbon are all a small number of stops away. Overall, if I return to Lisbon, I’d happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the business district, convenient to the Metro and public transportation. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. The staff is absolutely fantastic. If you choose to include breakfast, the selection is plentiful, fresh and delicious, and of course includes their fabulous coffee and espresso.

Just Amazing. Central Lisbon Location and just a few steps from the Saldanha Metro Station. Wonderful room, excellent breakfast and the best staff ever. We will stay here anytime we visit Lisbon.

Beautiful suite but we got upgraded to a suite with balcony. Staff was so welcoming and friendly and helpful in finding directions. Breakfast was very nice with staff keeping up buffet and cleaning quickly

Good Hotel!
Overall this is a good hotel in a good location very close to Metro. Room could have been better if someone did a check to make sure everything worked. TV had lines across screen so couldnt watch anything. The lockbox did not work. No kettle or microwave. Breakfast was very good. Service was also very good!

I had the best time at this hotel. It is such a lovely boutique hotel and so refined. It is also very close to the metro and not too far from the airport as well. There is a big mall close by but I loved the staff and the amenities the most.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work and the bathroom would immediately steam-up after a short shower and wouldn’t dissipate for a good 20 minutes afterwards. We asked more than once for someone to look at it and/or repair it during our 4-night stay but neither occurred.
