We needed to make a call the Canada and werevtold it was not possible from the hotel. We asked for some ice and were told there was none. Breakfast should be included, and indoor parking us a ridiculous 7Euros. The staff was very nice, and someone even came to ourvroom to help with the AC
Large comfy bed,decent room but we had noise from other guests and from the taxi rank outside from the early hours so a very disturbed night. 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Loved the little bar just outside, basic but very friendly owner and nice beer and wine
It was close to the airport , the beds were comfy , not a very big room but suits what’s needed for the price !

The carpet in the room is old and dirty. The room smells mold and it is noisy because the traffic in front of it. The towel was ripped. Run away from this hotel.
Appalling. We had a short 7 hour stay before a flight out of LIS. We awoke to find we had slept on blood-stained sheets. They have yet to make it right.
For some reason, when we checked in, we were put in the back of the hotel by the freeway. Reception staff doesn't even say hi. Had no a/c or heat or fan in our room, so very stuffy. JUST won't be staying at one of these again.
Trying to get a bus from the airport to the hotel is quite difficult some of them drop of passengers at the airport but don’t pick up very strange

Room was clean and spacious with good storage space for hanging clothes. Only stayed one night to be close to the airport and the hotel was fine for one night.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though we were close to the main road and the airport, the sound-proof windows were extremely effective at blocking the noise. An easy taxi ride to the airport below 10 euros.
The hotel has limited dining options on the property (breakfast buffet). When I inquired about dinner restaurants the staff member advised they didn't know of any prior to reverting to texting. I've worked in hospitality. "Other priorities" or outright ignorance are not excuses for shrugging off this type of request. At least hand me a list of nearby dining establishments.
This hotel provides decent basic accommodations for travelers looking for a no frills place to spend a night or two close to Lisbon International Airport. The neighborhood has the feel of an industrial/office park and not within walking to distance to any cultural attractions. There's a supermarket across the street and limited parking out front. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain but other than that there were no other deficiencies. The hotel provides a modest breakfast buffet for about 10 euros per person. In the evening, dining is not available so we purchased some snacks from the adjacent market to eat in our room. if you want a proper dinner, you'll have to drive someplace or walk 10 to 15 minutes to reach a restaurant. Front desk staff were fluent in English.
As an Airport Hotel they should offer transfer service to/from the airport.
Staff was not very helpful eith information about public transportation.
Checkin was fast has they have charged my card hours before.
Room was ok.
This is a bare bones economy hotel. When I booked it there were two important criteria needed - a shuttle to the airport and breakfast. Neither were included.
the service was not good and didn't care about cleanliness when we were out, maybe there was a lack of information or rules that weren't explained to guests so we didn't feel satisfied staying at that hotel
