7.8/10 Good! (153 reviews)
The room was spacious but the heating system was broken. Started 18 Celcious when we entered the room. Turn on the heater but did not go up more than 21 Celcious. Tried to call the reception for the issue but the phone was disconnected. As we exhausted from the trip, we just fall sleep. In the morning all the family members woke up from the chill with coughing. The room temperature was still 18 Celcious. It was not a comfortable hotel. They should have fixed the heating system before accep any guest.

10/10 Exceptional! (1 review)
Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.
