"The Hub was a great place to stay for my first time in London. It was central to where I wanted to be and go. I felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I liked how they treated you as a friend and not just guest/employee. Yazmin specifically was amazing with the service and provided good conversation!"

"Great location- 12 minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station. Rosebery Avenue is lined with plenty of bars and restaurant/takeaways. Rosebery market is a 6 minute walk away and buzzing on a weekend evening. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you’d expect and more. The spring water and milk in the fridge was a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable all the sheets made from Egyptian cotton. For me personally, the customer service is what made this place. "The hotel is in a lovely area and the room is a nice size. As this is classed as a boutique hotel I would expect a coffee machine in the room, more than 3 tea bags for a 2 night stay and better quality pillows as they were lumpy. "

"The Zetter was wonderful! The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms are large for London (sitting area and very large bathroom). The lobby/lounge area was amazing, especially the fireplace. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the Farringdon underground station is a five minute walk. The food at the Zetter is first-rate and there are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. "
