The room was warm and sultry almost all day on day 1. I was adjusting thermostat and waiting for it to come down. I called in the receptionist downstairs, that's when I was told that the AC wasnt controlled my me in the thermostat but by them from the reception. It was surprise for me to know that.. I let it go.
After coming back to the room on day #2 the room was again hot. This time I was shocked to learn that the " AC" had been shut off. On me expressing dismay as to why it was shut off without my guidance, I was further amazed to learn that this Hotel has auto shut-off policy on ACs.. How can you shut the AC off for the guests without their approval?
The temperature in the room had gone as high as 25 F, this was informed to me by the manager himself as I was complaining of how stuffy and hot the room was.
Finally, the midnight - early morning of the departure, the AC had shut off again- this time I didn't even bother to call.
Day #2 The house cleaning took away the one of the ONLY two towels that was provided and no new towel was provided:
The house cleaning did not clean the two small glasses and one of the two tea cups provided.
The creamer or milk was never provided to begin with, on day #2 , no coffee was replenished.
The toiletries weren’t replenished either
