I had to remind the staff we had paid an exec rate and were therefore expecting to be offered access to the exec area. I also had to request bottles of water and enough towels for us (4 people) as only 2 provided. It seems you have to ask rather than be treated as a guest and be offered.

Excellent location few minutes walk from Angel tube station Room very clean. Friendly staff. Good variety of food at buffet breakfast although at times had to wait for it to be replenished from the kitchen. Limited hotel parking (and very expensive) but pre-booked parking through JustPark in nearby private space. Lots of cafe/restaurants nearby

Property is clean and neat. Staff attends to your needs. Our room was spacious enough for our needs. We added breakfast to our room, and the breakfast was very good. For the most part the hotel is quiet, but breakfast can be noisy with a lot of children present. Easy access to the Metro and bus stops.
