First time there was no welcoming letter with guides. The beds were nicely made. There was 1 towel for a room of 4 people. My husband had to go ask for towels at the kiosk instead of the person at the front desk. The bedside table was dirty, it still had a ring from a cup on it. There was an opened soap bar sitting in the shower soap holder. I actually went out and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the shower floor. After a shower, we had to ask for a large amount of towels due to how bad the water went out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. The pool and hot tub. It wasn't the cleanest, you can tell the wall tiles need a scrubbing. It was relaxing for about 10 minutes until families started to come in and the children were getting in the hot tub. Unapologetically, accidentally stepping on our feet, hitting our knees. Max people in the hot tub according to rules was 8. There was way more than that after 10 minutes, no longer relaxing. We left the pool area. Towel service staff was kind. Will never stay at this hotel again. Male guest in the morning was extremely loud sounded as if he was in our room. "
