"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Easy walk to all of the attractions and shops. Can be a little windy being close to the Mersey. It is nicely located just away from the City centre to have some quiet at the end of the day. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, I thnk they could do with a refresh, but this did not spoil our stay."

"Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20 "
