"Easy walk to all of the attractions and shops. Can be a little windy being close to the Mersey. It is nicely located just away from the City centre to have some quiet at the end of the day. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, I thnk they could do with a refresh, but this did not spoil our stay."

"Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20 "

"The whole stay was excellent,spotlessly clean room and in the perfect location for exploring and shopping.Staff were very efficient but the waiters were just a little too keen to empty our breakfast table before we had finished our meal. We would definitely return and recommend to friends 👍"
