Location, room or service - they got it all!
This hotel and staff has cracked customer service. From a complimentary upgrade, late check out and lavish buffet breakfast, the location with close accessibility to stations and center makes it a perfect choice. Thanks to Matt who went out of the way to make the experience a great one.

Would return, good for business travel
Big rooms, new condition. Very helpful staff. Two suggestions: improve quality of coffee at breakfast and upgrade the equipment in the spacious gym space. Round return.

Beautiful Hotel
the hotel is incredible in every way. Its modern, beautifully kept, clean with great amenities. Location is across the street from the train station and about a 7mnt walk to city center. Breakfast is spectacular with many options. The only thing that kept me from giving a top review and situation at check in. I arrived 2 hrs prior to check in time of 3pm. The nasty person at the front desk said that the room would not be available until 3pm. However, if I wanted a room earlier, I need to pay 35 euro extra. Clearly rooms were available, they just wanted a little shake down. When I said that this is not the norm at hotels, she proceeded to say "dont know where you've traveled to but....." I was appalled, having traveled all over the world, but never had such a nasty response. When I returned to check-in few hours later, I was given an upgrade to a beautiful room. The front desk person clearly needs training in dealing with guests.

Good hotel
Hotel is very nice and very good breakfast. The gym facilities were poor and on both days of my stay I had problems with my key card not working to let me in the room, so I was back and forth to reception. The staff were very good in sorting out the issue however.

It was a delight to stay at this beautiful hotel. A Lovely comfortable clean spacious Room which was serviced daily - thankyou to the cleaning staff who worked so hard. Amazing Friendly, helpful front desk staff who always had smiles on their faces and were willing to engage in a chat when passing. Also to the polite doorman who always acknowledged you when entering & exiting. Loved our 6 day stay in Ljubljana

This was a wonderful stay in every sense. The staff - Angela and a Brina at the front desk were helpful and so pleasant. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing. You can self park across the street at the bus terminal for a reasonable fee (17 euros for 2 days). Location was walkable to the old town and attractions. Nothing but good things to say. We enjoyed every minute and will be back.

This is an amazing Hotel. The service is five star. The staff is friendly and professional. The best hotel experience on my three week trip to Europe. Great location close to everything. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

This should have been a straight A no-brainer. While the hotel is exceptional in many aspects, the reason for my low scores in eco and facilities categories are due to the bath awful design. No hangars in the bath? How I am going to save the towels? How Am I going to take a shower with a half shower with no pole to hold? The glass outside the tub is insufficient and water will splash on the floor making a mess and again wasting resources. Who was the designer or decision maker for this configuration? Have the asked people on how they shower before setting on this design? Disappointed on Grand Plaza…

The hotel is very modern, elegant. The room was very spacious with a large bed. The breakfast was excellent. Overall - a great stay. The two negative things were: (1) the parking spot in their garage costs 30€/day, and (2) it was a bit cold in the room.

El hotel muy bien. Ubicado cerca del centro histórico y de la central de autobuses y tren. Recámara muy amplia, el baño amplio aunque algo incómodo, solo tiene la opción de tina de baño y no regadera. El desayuno bueno y todo el personal muy amables.

Per essere un hotel a 5 stelle superior non ha i servi necessari per definirsi tale. La pulizia della camera è stata fatta solo dopo segnalazione, inaccettabile per un 5 stelle. Pulizia quindi alle 18 di sera. In generale molto bella la struttura ma troppo caotico e praticamente nessuna particolare accoglienza.
