"Loved the priveleged room and getting a later checkout which was really helpful, staff rally friendly, loved the bar area"

"Breakfast great, rooms and hotel in general very tired, but we think it’s being done up as scaffolding all round. Staff efficient and pleasant, food sparse, only pizza for dinner available, so we ate out. Convenient location near shops and waterfront just a walk away, easy access to the gower. "

"We didn't have breakfast at the hotel the drinks selection was ok could of done with draught beers as they only had bottle of beer maybe more selection "

"My room had an awful smell from the bathroom and the TV channels kept freezing, I discussed with the staff the following day, they ensured housekeeping would see to it. Housekeeping did indeed attend my room only to throw the bedcovers back, empty the bin and leave it with no bag, left all the dirty cups and didn’t replace the tea and milk, and the smell was still there! I eventually told them I want a room change which they did, but this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always found housekeeping to be useless and never makeup the rooms properly."

"It looks and feels very tired and in need of an up lift to bring up to a good standard. Feels like it’s stuck in the 1980’s still. Not happy to have to pay to park either. "

"Dirty carpets, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in years. Had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. One small bottle of water for two people which was very strange. Advertised as with free breakfast but was refused this. Saw house keeping put all clean towels and sheets on dirty carpets outside bedroom door and not use a trolley, disgusting!"
