"Nice building from the outside, yet much work needed on the inside. Decor was outdated and many creaky floorboards. There was an odour of a retirement home! However, rooms were very clean, as was the dining room, bar, etc and staff were great."

"We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. "
