"Clean resort, great service, friendly staff and excellent food! The only thing disappointing was the evening entertainment. It was mostly bingo and trivia which is well below resort standards IMO. We ended up leaving the resort most evenings to find decent entertainment "

"This is our third time staying at Melia Puerto Vallarta, and we love it.
We had a little trouble when we got to Melia the first day, they give us a room away from our group and there was some noise because of the remodeling they had going on, after we spoke to the receptionist they give us a different room, bigger and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Great staff all of them super nice, from receptionist, waitress, entrainment crew everyone was so nice. Great food. I love Melia for sure we will come back!!"
