"Vale mucho la pena el hotel. La comida muy rica, muchas albercas con distintas actividades y para todos gustos. Nosotros en particular lo escojimos por la alberca para niños y valió la pena. Nuestro bebé festejó sus 2 años, disfrutó mucho las albercas. El único pero que le pongo es que no haya sombrillas en la playa y que no elevador en la zona de cuartos, pero bueno, sirve para hacer ejercicio."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful."

"Loved everything at the resort itself. Restaurants are great, drinks are good BUT they have a fly infestation that is worrisome. They are all over the buffet. They should somehow try and control the problem somehow. Rooms are clean, employees awesome just the flies on the food"

"The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber."

"Very clean and modern property. Especially the Coba building. The food was surprisingly good. Easy to get Palapas on beach also. Only drawbacks were the shows that seemed low budget compared to the level of the property. Also, it may be a personal preference but I hated having to go through a waiter to get any drink every single time. You cannot walk up to any bar and there is no poolside bar. Waiters sometimes took too long to get drinks or give a receipt every time. It seemed it was just a way to get tips. Overall though I would visit resort again."
