Clean, staff is so friendly, pools are beautiful, more than you can imagine…had a great stay in paradise

I think what stood out the most was how attentive the staff was at every area of the hotel, from the check-in, to wait staff, housekeeping and pool attendants. Everyone looked like they enjoyed working at Velas and passed that energy to every vacationer.

We only had two days at Velas Vallarta and loved every minute. Good food. Great pools. Sunset on the beach. The grounds are beautiful with Koi ponds, iguanas, birds and more.

All areas of the resort were well taken care of and clean. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good. The nightly entertainment was professional, appropriate and wrapped up early enough to not be a noise problem. I would definitely recommend this resort and would consider returning

I’ve been to many hotels in Mexico, The velas did not disappoint. As far as the resort I would go back every year. We went as a family with about 10kids total, this is a definitely older crowd who gave the kids crusties when they splash them with a ball or screamed too loud. There were a few families and the family atmosphere is great! Very accommodating to large groups at dinner and always taking care of us.

This resort was a great value for an all-inclusive. Our one-bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable, the pool area was nice, and we never had trouble finding good food at the restaurants. The crepe station was delicious and a favorite stop for us. Would definitely consider staying again
