"Loved my stay at Lady Hill Sapa 🌿 The staff were incredibly sweet from check-in to the spa, and special shoutout to the bell boys for being so helpful and kind. The only downside was the food — very Western and just okay. Overall, the hospitality made the stay so memorable."

"24 hours prior arrival i received a message from Cloud Chaser. We would like to kindlv inform vou that we are pleased to upgrade vour stay to one of our 4-star hotels with better facilities and a more convenient location in the center of Sapa with adress 001 Thủ Dầu 1, Canvas Sapa Lengend. Due to an unexpected technical issue with your current room, we would like to arrange this upgrade for your comfort and convenience. Please rest assured that the new hotel offers higher standards and better services. When we arrive at Canvas Sapa Legend the room we were given didn't even have a bath and it was not a Suite or a Deluxe room. It was standard. Didn't have a outdoor pool either. Whist the staff were nice it felt like it was a downgrade than a upgrade."

"The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views. "
