"Villa Tupai has beautiful gardens and lovely traditional timber buildings, but is let down by the staff and details. The staff have a bad habit of lingering around when they are not needed and with a huge area of gardens and living areas, choosing to wait all day until you are in an area to come and clean around you, spoiling the peace and quiet. "Friendly staffs, if you like jungle/forest/tree view, this hotel is for you. They have an infinity pool view that faces a rice field. Free WiFi and breakfast. Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net. However, if you look up the net, the net has stains and some holes (which was a bit disturbing). They do provide free bottle of water for each night stay. "
