"the service is good and professionnal the room is clean, beds and pillow confortable perfectly clean, good tv with many channels ,with free wifi, fridge in the room, parking included ice machine for everyone. free coffee from a very pleasant dining room where you can order meals . it's a very quiet and peacefull environnement. no pool but room to exercise and pool table i recomand this place to everyone."

"Room was clean, staff was helpful. Parking situation is terrible. Pool and sauna were nice. No bellboy, had to carry own luggage using luggage cart with no assistance from staff. Crib was set up on arrival overall a nice place a little over priced for the room. Room had city view and shower had good pressure. Beds and pillow were comfortable. London has a serious homeless + drug problem especially the areas near the hotel but you cannot fault the property for that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and my family and young son enjoyed the amenities. 4 out of 5 stars"

"Check in and out was very quick. Had a variety of options for breakfast, however, Iโm picky about having a different protein choice. If youโre family or friends of someone staying in the hospital it is close enough for most people to walk to. My room had a laminate floor which was clean and I think I might prefer to the standard carpet you see in most places."
